I am aware of the school and AEM programs; however, there isn't an option for younger kids to join CAP unless they happen to be at a CAP School. We could have a program (similar to how Cub Scouts feeds into Boy Scouts) that is specifically for the 10 to 11-year-olds. I turn several away at events with a "come back and see us when you're 12", and they are disappointed. They would, of course, not be allowed to attend Encampment until they are at least 12 yo.
