THill80: The NCO creed is a very important creed that highlights the responsibilities of a cadet as they reach their first milestone, The Wright Brothers achievement.

The NCO creed is a creed that is recited at a promotion ceremony for a C/SSgt (Cadet Staff Sergeant), this is a cadet that has successfully completed the Wright Brothers Award, the first Cadet Milestone.
This creed tells the responsibility and jobs of NCO (Noncommissioned Officer), and tells of how they are not supposed to judge or favor other cadets. This is the first step-up into a larger leadership position.
Any NCO should live by and follow this creed, it is what will define them. And if they do not, they will bring negative credit upon the noncommissioned officer corps.
