Web Mission Information and Reporting System (WMIRS)
An unclassified, Web based information and reporting system that helps track CAP sorties, provides reports, tracks availability of operational resources, and is used as a source document for up
-channel reporting. AFAM approvals are also conducted through WMIRS and CAPF 108 reimbursement packages are generated from data contained in this database.
WMIRS accounts are authorized for CAP-USAF personnel and any other person/agency which has a need to access and view this database.

Cadet has completed tests 116 and 117 a couple of weeks ago. An Approval never appeared for the ES Officer or Commander. His 101 card shows GES inactive but he has green check marks in the Learning Management System

The Cadet doesn't have his Curry yet. they need that for GES.

In operations quals uploads, it calls for a certificate- I assume that is the AOPA certificate issued after completing course. What "supporting" documentation is required?

Pilots will still need to provide CAP some documentation when operating under BasicMed in order to comply with our exemptions.
In order to comply with the requirements of our FAA exemptions, CAP personnel choosing to operate under BasicMed will have to upload
the following documents in Ops Quals:
* A copy of your valid state driver’s license or expired driver’s license as allowed for military personnel.

* Military personnel can use their expired driver's licenses as long as they possess documentation from the State, territory, or possession indicating the continued validity of the driver's license, based on that state’s military status exception. The documentation of validity can be information from a website of that State/territory/possession.

* You must also possess documentation indicating your military status. In this case, the active duty military identification card and appropriate documentation must be uploaded in Ops Quals.

* The date of your FAA Medical examination per the Comprehensive Medical Examination Checklist.

* A copy of your BasicMed course completion certificate.

In operations quals uploads, it calls for a certificate- I assume that is the AOPA certificate issued after completing course. What "supporting" documentation is required?

How do I find a Master and Senior level Communications/ES/Safety etc evaluator. I am stuck in my unit, we simply don't have the people to sign me off and help me advance.

Do you have recommendations for an existing feature, or is this a feature that could be added to help us with our professional development as opposed to constantly bothering wing to find a trainer/tester?

Because levels do not expire like the ones in Operations Qualifications someone could be a master level Safety, but not have worked in Safety for 10 or more years. The best place to find someone to sign off is up the chain -- either Group or Wing -- they would have the best suggestion for a trainer/evaluator.

How do I look and see what courses, seminars, etc., that I have completed?

On the new eServices click on the 'trophy', it is at the top line of the homepage on eServices (right before your name)then click on 'training' on the pull down menu.

On the old eServices click on 'My Account" on the top of the page then 'Training'.

How do I search for a member? I found the place in eServices, but it only allows me to search within my squadron. Is there a way of searching for a CAP Member by name somewhere?

You can only use member search to look for someone in your unit or below your unit if you are in a Group or higher (for privacy reasons). There is a way under the ops quals (101 card) to search for anyone in Civil Air Patrol (only shows who, unit and qualifications) -- it should only be used for official use.

For non-CAP aircraft and vehicles to be signed into a mission, WMIRS requires an approval letter from the CC/IC. When an the aircraft or vehicle in question belongs to another agency or belongs to a non-CAP member (such as a friend of a missing pilot that is participating in the incident) there is no CAP regulation that dictates that such an approval document is required. WMIRS needs to be modified to eliminate this requirement for non-CAP member owned resources, such as adding a button to select to skip this requirement. Having to generate a "memo" to allow the sign-in to proceed interferes with the incident management and will be immediately recognized as not being ICS-complient by any agency assisting CAP.

CAPR 70-1 states:

“9.2.1.2. Requests for use of member-owned/furnished aircraft will not be approved unless a copy of the airworthiness certificate, current Hold Harmless Agreement (HHA) and CAPF 71 are on file with the CAP-USAF LR for AFAMs or the Wing Commander or designee for Corporate Missions. Copies of the airworthiness certificate, current HHA and CAPF 71 should be uploaded to the WMIRS mission files for reference when used since the use of member-owned/furnished aircraft is rare.”

“9.10.9.2.2. The requester must request approval to carry non-CAP passenger(s) at least 5 days in advance. The requester must also load non-CAP passenger requests and approvals or disapprovals to WMIRS as an attachment in the Mission Files of the appropriate mission.”
