The Rapid Equipment Tracker app (also known as the Form 37 app or CAPF 37 app) is an application built on CAP's D2R platform to help members track temporary issues of CAP equipment. It is intended to decrease costs of equipment loss by making it easier to track temporary issues of equipment.

HUBCAP is the eServices application used to capture and distribute member driven innovations. It was designed by the volunteer members of the IT Technical Advisory Group and is managed by a cross functional group of CAP members, known as the Innovation Pit Crew (IPC). == How Does HUBCAP Work? ==
A member has the ability to submit an innovation solution, including supporting artifacts, to the online HUBCAP application. The Innovation Pit Crew, reviews for regulatory, statutory and security compliance. If compliant, the IPC sets the submission to “active”. It’s now available for all members to view, reuse, and rate. If a submission is determined to fall into the “best practice” category, the IPC will move it into CAPipedia.
== How Does CAPipedia Work? ==
CAPipedia is CAP’s wiki, designed and managed by the IT Technical Advisory and Functional Users Groups as a vehicle for sharing best practices across the member community. Any member with an account can contribute to the wiki.
== How does CAPipeida work? ==
A member can request a CAPipedia account allowing them to submit best practice ideas. CAPipedia also serves as a marketplace to find an innovation partner to help move an idea to a solution.

| Cadet Programs - Feeder/Prep Program|| I would like National to consider a Feeder or Prep program for 10-11 year olds preparing the younger, less mature kids for CAP at age 12. I am aware of the school and AEM programs; however, there isn't an option for younger kids to join CAP unless they happen to be at a CAP School. We could have a program (similar to how Cub Scouts feeds into Boy Scouts) that is specifically for the 10 to 11-year-olds. I turn several away at events with a "come back and see us when you're 12", and they are disappointed. They would, of course, not be allowed to attend Encampment until they are at least 12 yo. 1. Sign-in to eServices (https://www.capnhq.gov) 
2. Go to the Contacts section of “My Account.” 
* If you are using the older eServices home page, click on the “My Account” link in the top right and then click the “Contacts” link in the left menu. 
* If you are using the new eServices home page, click your name in the top right and then select “Contacts” from the context menu. 
* You can go directly to the Contacts section by clicking the following URL. https://www.capnhq.gov/CAP.eServices.Web/MyAccount/ContactInfo.aspx 

3. Region '''personnel**''' listed in CAPR 20-1 are eligible for a cap.gov account; members that are eligible will see a new section under your Current Contacts. To request a cap.gov account, click the “Request cap.gov account for this position” link.
